Stairlift Servicing & Repairs (Remotely)

I get a lot of comments and emails from people who have a broken down stairlift and they can’t get it repaired. This might be down to price, availability or whether a stairlift company even covers the area!

So, I decided to launch a “remote” stairlift repair service, which for basic repair work can help get your stairlift up and running again.

For example, your neighbour works as an engineer for a company and knows the basics of electronics, they are a potential candidate for a stairlift video repair, where I guide them through the basic steps I would do if I were there.

This type of service is handy for simple issues, things that I can normally instruct one of my own engineers to do. Most of the time basic repairs can be carried out which may tie you over until a local stairlift company can call to you.

We DO NOT always guarantee a repair will work or can be done, the $75 fee is non refundable and we’ll usually only take on repairs that seem simple to resolve.

Initial Diagnosis

For $75 we’ll provide a basic diagnosis and advice on repairing the issue.

Repair Process

We will guide you or your nominated person on how to fix the scooter.

Engineer Support

Our engineers are fully trained and able to deal with many types of issues.

The initial consultation and basic diagnosis fee is $75 and covers an hour of video calling, with a pre-agreed rate for any additional time required for more complex repairs.
