I get a lot of comments and emails from people who have a broken down stairlift and they can’t get it repaired. This might be down to price, availability or whether a stairlift company even covers the area!

So, I decided to launch a “remote” stairlift repair service, which for basic repair work can help get your stairlift up and running again.

For example, your neighbour works as an engineer for a company and knows the basics of electronics, they are a potential candidate for a stairlift video repair, where I guide them through the basic steps I would do if I were there.

This type of service is handy for simple issues, things that I can normally instruct one of my own engineers to do. Most of the time basic repairs can be carried out which may tie you over until a local stairlift company can call to you.

We DO NOT always guarantee a repair will work or can be done, the $75 fee is non refundable and we’ll usually only take on repairs that seem simple to resolve.
