I'm glad you found the post useful. I've been a long-time Windows Mobile user, since well before they were available as phones. I'm comfortable with WinMo as well as the 3rd party software I use and have grown accustomed to. There's certain aspects of WinMo I love but, seemingly as with all Microsoft products, it just doesn't always work right. When I'm ready to upgrade my phone again I'm definitely going to consider an Android device.

Thanks for this review. I'm in the midst of changing from an iPhone 3GS to an Android MyTouch, and am looking for a multi-platform solution. I get faxes via email, so still use Outlook to chage the subject line. Multiple gcals, so google soon lead me to OggSync. Your review does an excellent job of explaining how it works.

FYI: phone switch mainly b/c Android = seamless Google Voice + background functionality. Latter example: profiles byh location: sound off when I approach movies, church, etc; relevant tasks appear only when I'm in corresponding location. Sorta like iPhone on steroids

I think for small business owners these offices are like dream comes true. I am also running a small business and after renting office provided by valleyhq I am very satisfied and feel like I am able to increase my business now.

Hi Kevin,

Good post! Having the flexibility to work where and when you want is one of the most amazing parts of having a virtual office. When you are self employed one of the challenges is not working too much and learning to turn off these valuable tools when you need to unplug. But I agree with your premise - I usually talk more about work life integration than work life balance.

By being able to mix work and life it allows me to take vacation that I couldn't have taken before and spend more time with my family and friends.

I'm enjoying the blog and look forward to more posts like these!

All the best - Phil
